Why do Muslims not get HIV/AIDS in spite of having 4 wives and multiple relationships?

Secondly multiple relationship and promiscuous that thing is something which is individual dependent. I have never heard Islam promoting the same. Yes one thing is there that middle east men have more chances of getting date internationally. I mean preference wise white man is most preffered by all woman than middle eastern.
But Islam is religion and not ethnicity. There are plenty of Muslims who are Indian or desi or are East Asians or black etc,
In India its not common for Muslims to have 4 wives. Yes legally they are allowed but only a few do that. In some oil rich countries it is common. But those who have it are some prince or owner of some huge business or rich people. Infact a poor Muslims suffer same problem as man of any other religion in love and marriage i.e lack of woman.

What kind of BS is this. Muslims normally marry Muslim women and rarely marry outside. The Muslims who have 4 wives are basically the rich Muslims. Those who marry outside are also rich muslims. Yes multiple wives are allowed but than as I discussed above sex ratio nowadays in most country is skewed and more man than woman. So getting more wives is not possible. Also rich Muslims have money they can get themselves proper doctors and tests to ensure that they dont have HIV/AIDS even prep, pep medicines are available that lowers the chance.
